TOUR SECURITY

As the director of security for a concert tour or festival the ICM staff member will provide consulting, personal protection and management services. We will consult on security staffing requirements and provide:

• advance work
• operational guidelines
• backstage access
• pass systems
• budget preparation

We will help in the designing of the site layout using the environmental structures to aid in crowd management and vehicle flow.
